This session I focus on deepening relationships using Personal Notes.  I’m a huge believer in Personal and Thank You notes.  It’s so easy in today’s Tech world to just shoot an email thank you, but it has nowhere near the impact that a personal note does.

I also share personal life stories of ways I have used them in the past.  I talk how I have actually saved money by writing personal notes.  I also cover what to write in your notes and how to address them.
