One of the biggest struggles we have in business, myself included, is to set and follow through on our goals. Once we have established reasonable goals for ourselves, we need to be able to execute on a Plan to get them done.
However, what normally happens is we start out well, but slowly we start to drift away from what needs to be done on a daily basis. Either we miss a day here and there and fail to get back on track, or we are not motivated enough to achieve what we are after.
There are a number of reasons why this happens to us all but I have found one technique that really helps me to get many things done on time, over and over again.

For the longest time now Real Estate Agents have come into the industry and tried to eke out a living by chasing every opportunity that presents itself. They are willing to drive long distances and work crazy hours just for a chance to earn a commission.
They will try to make themselves available to anyone and everyone. Which in turn spreads them quite thin.

What if there was a way to have people come to you? To close the door on all types of Real Estate and concentrate on one particular type. To have them call you because you are considered an authority in one type of Real Estate? To create a Niche Market!

Most REALTORS® set new goals every year, which I encourage. However many of them have a hard time not only sticking to them, but they fall short of achieving them by the end of the year.
